Platinum Property Management Services, LLC was founded by Tim Wolter and Phil Earley in Suwanee, Georgia in 2007.  Mr. Wolter and Mr. Earley, both licensed real estate agents, decided to make a transition from home sales to leasing residential properties, and the rest...as they say...is history.  Starting with one rental property, Platinum has grown to over 150 leased homes in its portfolio, and the company continues to grow rapidly.  Currently, Platinum Property Management employs six full-time employees, one leasing agent, and two part-time inspectors.
